What do you think Aerith showed to Marlene over at Seventh Heaven in Final Fantasy VII Remake?  There's a lot of speculation about it, and I thought it would make for a fun video to talk about it.  Could Marlene be a Cetra?  Why does Aerith seem to have an immediate, strong connection to Marlene in Final Fantasy 7 Remake?  Did Aerith show Marlene the future?  I would love to know your thoughts on FF7R.

FF7 Remake vs Original - Sephiroth!  |  In this video, let's compare Final Fantasy VII Remake with the original Final Fantasy VII, specifically taking a closer look at the character of Sephiroth.  When I saw that Sephiroth showed up very early in Final Fantasy VII Remake, it was a big surprise for sure, and he ended up showing up quite frequently in FF7 Remake, especially when compared to the original FF7, where he did not show up in the Midgar portion at all.  Instead, his first on-screen appearance in the orig FF7 was during the Nibelheim flashback when Cloud and the group reach Kalm.

What did you think about the changes they made to the character of Sephiroth?  Did you like how he appeared a lot in FF7 Remake or do you prefer the treatment they gave him in the orig FF7?

There are so many aspects and element to compare FF7 Remake vs Original.  In this video, let's compare a few scenes between FF7 Remake and Final Fantasy VII.  Specifically, the scene in the original where Tifa explicitly reminds Cloud of his promise to her.  In the Remake, the flashback is very similar, but the timing and placement of the flashback is very different.  The circumstances are also different.  Tifa doesn't remind him of the promise in FF7 Remake.  In fact, she isn't even there.  The flashback occurs during Chapter 4, Mad Dash, when Cloud 'randomly' looks up to the sky, and the spinning fan blades trigger the flashback.  I have a theory on why I think the developers went in this direction, but I would love to know your thoughts!

​I was disheartened to learn that Nobuo Uematsu might have created his last full video game soundtrack for the game, Fantasian.  Fantasian is a game for Apple Arcade created by Hironobu Sakaguchi of Mistwalker.  Hironobu Sakaguchi is the famed creator of the Final Fantasy series and he has been collaborating with Nobuo Uematsu for 35 years, but it looks like Nobuo Uematsu might slow down his music composition projects due to health issues.

Let's celebrate Nobuo Uematsu and his music!

The Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade Yuffie DLC episode will be two chapters.  But I wonder how long it will actually take to complete the Yuffie episode?  My guess is that the Yuffie Episode length will probably 2-3 hours, or possibly 4 hours.  Are you excited for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade?
